Andorra is a small, landlocked microstate in the eastern Pyrenees between France and Spain, with a unique governing arrangement as a parliamentary co-principality jointly headed by two co-princes — the President of France (currently Emmanuel Macron) and the Bishop of Urgell in Spain.
